Holiday Special Packages Pty Ltd (and HSP Travel) is a private business proudly owned and operated by two generations of the Anderson family. Based in Adelaide and founded 2003, it is an accredited member of the TCF (Travel Compensation Fund) and a Licenced Travel Agent, trading at both wholesale and retail levels of the travel industry. We are best known for the creation of short duration domestic holiday packages, consolidating all-inclusive quality accommodation, meals and day-tours/cruises of consistently keen value and reliability excellence and of which we are a major provider.

HSP provides access to an extensive range of Destination Discovery, Family, Short-break and Honeymoon packages throughout Australia’s most sought after destinations.
Retail
Our range of product includes HSP Travel's own product, Australian Pacific Touring and Travelmarvel extended tours, plus ancillary products of travel insurance and domestic airline carriers.
Our key point of difference is service delivery: packages are researched in depth, professionally brochured (both print and electronic formats), all meals, day-tour/cruise and transfer inclusions fully ticketed, and Itineraries documented in detail. Our trained and knowledgeable staff pride themselves too on their service delivery in serving both consumer clients and travel agents. Exceeding the expectations of clients is the goal of our service delivery. It’s our firm belief that proven expertise and product quality should matter online just as much as they do in a more taditional retail environment. We deliver both.
Resources
A sophisticated, secure and user-friendly online booking and enquiry platform complements our call centre, staffed by a skilled and experienced professional reservations team ensuring prompt response to both booking enquiries or confirmed reservations. The major hotels and tour/cruise operators with whom we collaborate collectively represent another highly valued key resource. The many thousands of repeat clients, and their testimonials, provide a considerable customer base and essential resource.
