• Currency of Gift Voucher is Australian Dollars.
• Please quote the Number on the Gift Voucher whenever calling to discuss Voucher holiday package purchase. The Voucher can only be used towards a future booking when the Gift Voucher Number is quoted.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for any Holiday Special Packages holiday with booking made direct with Holiday Special Packages and not via a third party or Travel Agent.
• The person calling to make the holiday package booking will require to quote the Voucher Number and be able to answer any security questions applicable.
• The Gift Voucher will require to be delivered to Holiday Special Packages by post or delivered to Holiday Special Packages' Office before Travel confirmation and documents are issued.
• Gift Voucher is valid for use within 18 months from the date of issue. The expiry date relates to issue date, not travel or booking date.
• Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers are not replaceable. Please treat the Gift Voucher with the same security as you would were it cash.
• The Gift Voucher amount can be used towards the payment of a Holiday Special Packages holiday booking. Any outstanding difference between the Gift Voucher and the amount of the booking must be paid at the time of the booking by either Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX credit card, or by BPAY, or cheque.
• If there is a credit remaining after redemption of the Gift Voucher, this can be used towards future Holiday SPecial Packages holiday purchases until the credit balance reaches zero. All credit must be used by midnight on the date of expiry. Any credit balance remaining is not refundable by way of cash.
• Holiday Special Packages' Terms and Conditions apply to bookings using the Gift Voucher.
• Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and not transferable.
