The Wednesday evening invitation to Canapes and drinks was very much apreciated and it ws a great chance to mingle with the other guests. The food was supurb and the staff were very friendly at the Holiday Inn.

Check in was friendly and explained things well. The hotel room had plenty of room and everything we needed. Housekeepers were very courteous if we were in the room at the time they serviced it. Coach tour captains had great knowledge of Darwin and surrounds.

 

This has been an amazing holiday. Accommodation meals and trips were excellent. We had a wonderful holiday thanks for allowing us to share this opportunity.

Reception was very helpful. Hyundai Getz - clean and comfortable and economical. Meals from vouchers great and good value. Venues excellent. Excellent value for money package. outer reef trip great.

Although we have been to Cairns before this was our first holiday in 20 years without the kids! The package deal saved us making multiple separate bookings. Our neighbors have since booked their holiday to Cairns through you! S&L Lenfield.

Meals and Staff were great and we had great entertainment on one night. It was great having everything done for you and not having to organise everything. As I had a few health issues they went out of their way  to help me in any way they could from helping me use the phone at the front desk, to taking me up to breakfast in the goods lift instead of using the very steep stairs. Check in was most polite; Hotel room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Reception never stopped smiling; Couch tour captains were helpful and courteous (especially frank on the Zoo trip); In WA packages and Hotels are pretty low key - here I felt like I was the PM! well done. The bed and breakfast package was extremely good value for money. Buffet meals in the evening in the revolving restaurant were outstanding. A most enjoyable stay, I will be pleased to recommend this tour to my friends.

Overall we enjoyed the Alice holiday package. The trips (Kevin to to Uluru was the stand out driver - very informative and respectful), the dinners, breakfasts and use of the pool made our Central Australia visit worthwile (my 6th!).

[Our check in] was very efficient and courteous and reception was very friendly and effecient. We would have liked more meal choice and a snak or gift shop in the hotel.

The staff at HSP travel were ecvellent in arranging our holiday and everything was hassle free.

We would travel again with them.

[Club Crocodile Resort] were unable to give us the rooms we booked so they gave us 3 complimentary rooms. They also gave us a more appropriate room then we had booked all without asking. Our coach captains were helpful and courteous although two were 1/2 hour late without explanation. Generally everyone was helpful and friendly which makes a big difference. The resort was better than a review I read on the net. J Luke.

[we had] very helpful staff at reception, very comfortable quiet and great view and the rooms were always well serviced. Reception was happy to provide advice and directions ect, most of our coach captains were cheerful and informative and tours were interesting with good meals.

After this experience we would have no hesitation in using Holiday Special Packages again and will recommend to friends.

I am writing to tell you how much my daughter and I enjoyed your travel package to Cairns and the Barrier Reef. The inclusions were surprisingly generous .. so much so that we had very little out-of-pocket expenses. I would say that in all my travels I've never encountered such generosity.
